Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No - I want to make ordering as simple as possible!
Will you send me loads of junk mail?
No - You have the option to opt into marketing emails when you order. But to date I've never actually sent any out!
Can I order over the phone, email or text message?
I cannot take payment over the phone, but you can always call to discuss your requirements. You can order directly from me by email and I'll send you a Paypal invoice so that you can complete your purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
You have the choice of either Paypal or standard card processing at the checkout
I need an urgent delivery - can you help?

Can I have my roses delivered on a specific day?
Yes - If I have enough notice (UK deliveries). However 'Special Delivery' on a specific day will cost more and you will need to contact me direct to arrange this service. UK deliveries only.
Can you deliver direct to a hotel?
You will need to contact the hotel and ask if they will accept the delivery. If they will sign for the box, I'm happy to send it to them. '
Which countries do you deliver to?
I send leather roses worldwide via Royal Mail airmail. Please contact me for more information if the website doesn't answer your questions!
How do I return an item?
If you are not completely happy with your purchase you can return it to me by post within 28 days from the day the parcel is posted. You will be credited with the value of your returned product to your original method of payment.
